Vistex Lead Software Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of the product development and support. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the product development and support. Work with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries to design and develop the State-of-the-art architecture for SAP applications. Responsibilities: Manage the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, including planning, execution, delivery milestones, resource allocation, and software release management.

Act as the Scrum Master for development teams by driving Agile/Scrum best practices and ensuring effective collaboration between developers, Product Owners, and QA teams. Track, monitor, and report project progress, development status, quality metrics, operational updates, risks, and system performance to leadership stakeholders. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define system architecture, technical design strategies, scalability improvements, and development approaches.

Lead and coordinate system enhancement requests, defect management, bug tracking, sprint planning, and project management reporting activities. Drive end-to-end project execution by ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

Recruit, interview, hire, mentor, and coach software development professionals while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support career development initiatives for team members. Prepare development effort estimations, project quotations, resource planning, and delivery timelines while assisting program owners in defining technical and business requirements.

Facilitate estimation, budgeting, prioritization, and planning discussions for ongoing and upcoming development initiatives. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, development best practices, and release governance processes. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to improve team productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency.
