Project Overview: Our client is the fastest-growing global manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products. Intellias' mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences. Role overview We are looking for a Senior SDET with a strong engineering background , focused on building high‑quality automation and tooling. This role is centered on contributing to the codebase, designing scalable automation frameworks, and enforcing engineering‑level quality standards across the product.

You will act as a technical quality gate , using automation, code, and engineering best practices to ensure reliability in fast, production‑critical release environments. Requirements 7+ years of JS/TS engineering experience with strong ability to design and implement automation solutions as engineering components within the development lifecycle. Strong engineering fundamentals : clean code, design patterns, maintainability, and code review excellence.

Solid understanding of testing strategies and how to embed quality and testability into engineering workflows. Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for building and maintaining robust UI automation. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines , test execution workflows, and contributing to automation framework enhancements.

Familiarity with AI-supported development or quality workflows . Experience implementing and maintaining API-level automation . Proficiency with modern test runners (e.g., Jest, Mocha).

Experience setting up or improving test reporting and monitoring . Ability to review automation code and enforce engineering standards within the team. Proven ability to identify, debug, and eliminate flaky tests / false positives through systematic engineering approaches.

Responsibilities Serve as the quality gate for automation code - review, approve, and enforce engineering standards. Design and evolve automation frameworks to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability. Detect, debug, and eliminate flaky tests / false positives ; keep the suite healthy.

Embed quality in CI/CD : strengthen checks, stabilize pipelines, and improve feedback loops. Provide clear quality signals via reporting/observability for automation health and risk. Introduce and operationalize AI‑assisted automation Mentor engineers on automation best practices and code quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
