We are hiring a Lead Security Systems Technician for a full‑time, permanent role based in Dublin. This position is ideal for a senior technician with strong technical ability, a practical mindset, and a consistent work ethic. Role Overview

As a Lead Security Systems Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading technical delivery and ensuring high‑quality workmanship
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, ANPR, and networked systems
• Supporting junior technicians and guiding best practice
• Liaising with clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Completing documentation, reports, and compliance requirements
• Contributing to wider company projects where your broader experience adds value

This role requires a solutions‑focused approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong troubleshooting ability and system‑wide thinking
• Confident working independently and leading others
• Clear communication and reporting skills
• Knowledge of security industry standards
• Full clean driving licence and ability to pass security vetting

Salary & Benefits

• €70,000 gross per annum
• Company van
• Fixed location – No constant travel, just a stable base in Dublin
• 20 days annual leave + statutory public holidays + 2 discretionary days
