Pediatric Clinical Lead Speech-Language Pathologist Bellevue & Bothell, Washington Compensation Range: $80,000–$100,000 annually Bonus potential: $2,600 annually Possible sign-on bonus which can be applied to relocation assistance or student loan payments A therapist owned pediatric therapy clinic in the Bellevue area is seeking a Clinical Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, growth-centered team. Position Details Full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week) Open to part-time Up to a 75/25 clinical-to-leadership split Flexible scheduling Leadership time ranges from 10–25% of weekly schedule depending on clinic needs Primary coverage in Bellevue with occasional support in Bothell Compensation & Incentives $80,000–$100,000 annually Bonus potential: $2,600 annually Optional sign-on bonuses at select locations Relocation assistance (where applicable) Student loan repayment program at select sites Performance-based bonus opportunities $500 annual continuing education stipend Role Overview The Clinical Lead provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for pediatric patients referred for speech, language, hearing, or swallowing concerns. With physician approval, individualized treatment plans are implemented to help children reach their highest level of communication and independence.
