About the Role

Our client is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join their sales support team in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to identifying and qualifying potential customers, creating new business opportunities for the sales team. You will utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to engage prospects.

The position offers a remote option within a hybrid work structure, providing flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with the sales force and management within the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via phone, email, and social media to identify qualified prospects.
• Research target accounts and contacts to understand their business needs and potential fit for our client's solutions.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead generation activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed targets for qualified leads generated per period.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation , prospecting, or outbound sales roles.
• Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment .
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Experience with B2B sales environments is advantageous.
