Growth Intellects is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Executive / SDR who understands modern outbound prospecting and can generate qualified international business opportunities for our digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email systems, prospect research, and appointment generation for B2B services. This is NOT a tele calling or customer support role. This role is NOT for freshers without outbound lead generation experience. We are specifically looking for candidates who know how to build and manage outbound pipelines targeting global clients. We work with businesses globally and are building a high-performance outbound sales engine focused on generating qualified international opportunities. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Outbound Lead Generation Identify decision-makers from companies in the US, UK, UAE, and other international markets Generate qualified B2B leads for digital marketing services Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Google research, and databases Run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences Start conversations and qualify prospects based on business needs Appointment Setting Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team Maintain healthy outbound pipelines Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects CRM & Reporting Update CRM regularly Track outreach metrics, replies, meetings, and conversion rates Maintain clean outreach documentation and reporting discipline Strategy & Optimization Share insights on messaging, lead quality, and campaign performance Help improve outreach systems and response rates Required Experience We are ONLY looking for candidates who have: Minimum 3 years of experience in: B2B Lead Generation SDR / Outbound Sales Appointment Setting International Client Prospecting Experience working in: Digital Marketing Agencies SaaS Companies IT Services Companies B2B Service Businesses Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Outreach Cold Email Campaigns Prospect Research Pipeline Building Follow-up Systems Tools You Should Know You should already be comfortable using most of these tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo HubSpot Zoho CRM Instantly Smartlead Lemlist Lusha Who Will Succeed In This Role We are looking for someone who: Understands outbound lead generation deeply Can work independently without constant supervision Is highly organized and process-driven Has strong written communication skills Understands personalization and outreach psychology Is consistent with follow-ups and pipeline management Is hungry to grow in Business Development and Sales Important Note This role requires: Daily outbound activity Consistent follow-up discipline Strong ownership mindset Performance-driven execution If you are only comfortable with inbound leads or tele calling-based sales, this role may not be the right fit.
