Job DescriptionRole: Lead - F&B Operations Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage end-to-end F&B operations of at our Dahej / Vadodara / Hazira site. The role requires delivering hotel-like standards F&B services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete F&B operations – menu planning, food quality, hygiene, and service standards Manage budgets, drive cost optimization, and ensure efficient utilization of resources Ensure excellent guest experience for senior leadership and visiting stakeholders Manage and supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams Handle vendor management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring Drive operational efficiency without compromising service quality Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory norms Ideal Candidate Profile: 10-15 years of experience in hotel operations / hospitality / F&B management Proven experience in managing hotels/canteens/cafeteria Strong exposure to F&B operations Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multiple facilities Excellent stakeholder management and service orientation Preferred: Experience with premium hotels or large hospitality brands Prior experience managing multiple properties or campus-style hospitality setups Location: Dahej / Vadodara / Hazira
