Job Opening: Lead, Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance, ACG Group Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai Department: Corporate Finance Reporting To: Group Chief Financial Officer Educational and Experience Requirements: CA / MBA in Finance with 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Financial Modelling, Cost Optimization, data analysis, performance evaluation, initiative tracking. Overview: At ACG, we are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused professional to join the Group CFO Office in a strategic role focused on analytics, governance, and leadership enablement. This role goes beyond traditional MIS or administrative support and will play a critical part in driving data-backed decision-making, governance excellence, and cross-functional execution across the Group.
Key Responsibilities Analytics & Decision Support Analyse financial and operational data to generate actionable business insights Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across entities Support strategic and operational decision-making through structured analysis Presentation & Executive Communication Excellence Develop impactful leadership presentations and review decks Translate complex data into concise, meaningful narratives Create structured, executive-ready content with strong visual and analytical clarity Governance & Strategic Initiative Tracking Drive governance and monitoring of key group-level initiatives and restructuring programs Track milestones, risks, interdependencies, and execution progress Develop dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews Cross-Functional & Cross-Entity Coordination Act as a central coordination anchor across businesses, overseas entities, and centralized functions Ensure timely follow-ups, alignment, and execution across stakeholders Improve collaboration and operational efficiency across teams International Business & Forex Analytics Analyse international business performance across geographies Evaluate forex exposure, currency impact, and hedging implications Support decision-making related to cross-border transactions and global operations Leadership Enablement Provide decision-ready analytical support to the Group CFO Drive structured follow-ups and insight generation Complement existing MIS and support functions with strategic analytical capability Ideal Candidate Profile Strong analytical and financial acumen Excellent PowerPoint, storytelling, and presentation structuring skills Ability to convert data into actionable insights and executive summaries Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills High ownership mindset and execution discipline Prior experience in Consulting, CFO Office, Strategy, Analytics, Business Finance, or Governance roles preferred
