Lead Electrical Engineer Bristol - Hybrid £55,000 – £63,000 + bonus and benefits We’re working with a leading advanced engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of electrical design across complex, high-spec equipment, while leading and developing a team of engineers. You’ll play a key role in driving technical standards, ensuring compliance, and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop a team of Electrical Engineers Own electrical design and technical delivery across projects Ensure compliance with relevant safety and industry standards Drive best practice, standardisation, and continuous improvement What we’re looking for: Strong background in electrical design within a manufacturing or defence environment Experience working with complex, regulated systems Proven ability to lead or mentor engineers Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) This is a great opportunity to step into a visible leadership role within a growing, technology-driven business, while remaining close to the engineering.
