\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Educational Specialists to join our team in Altoona, WI. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*
\*\*1. Curriculum Development:\*\* - Plan and implement age-appropriate and engaging curriculum activities. - Create and adapt lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children.
\*\*2. Child Development:\*\* - Observe and assess the developmental progress of each child. - Provide individualized support to address the unique needs of each child.
\*\*3. Classroom Management:\*\* - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. - Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and respectful atmosphere.
\*\*4. Parent Communication:\*\* - Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians. - Provide regular updates on children's progress, activities, and special events.
\*\*5. Health and Safety:\*\* - Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the care of the program. - Adhere to health and safety protocols, including sanitation and emergency procedures.
\*\*6. Learning Materials and Resources:\*\* - Select and organize age-appropriate learning materials and resources. - Create a stimulating and enriching environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
\*\*7. Collaboration:\*\* - Work collaboratively with other Early Educational Specialists and staff members. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning and improvement.
\*\*8. Professional Development:\*\* - Stay informed about best practices and developments in early childhood education. - Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Relevant experience in early childhood education settings is preferred. - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
