* Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, analyze performance data, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and productive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school-wide initiatives to ensure cohesive educational experiences.
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming classroom activities through conferences and written updates.
* Integrate educational technology tools to enhance instruction and support student engagement in a digital learning environment. *Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field; valid teaching certification for 4th grade or equivalent.
* Proven classroom experience working with elementary school students, ideally within a private or independent school setting.
* Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures.
* Experience implementing curriculum standards across multiple subjects while incorporating technology integration strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor students effectively and collaborate with colleagues.
* Demonstrated classroom management skills that promote a positive learning atmosphere.
* Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and working with children with diverse needs including those on the autism spectrum.
* Ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles and provide differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs.
* Knowledge of educational compliance regulations and experience using learning technology platforms for monitoring student progress.
