Responsibilities (Primary Functions): Gather, analyze, and transform large sets of employee feedback data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, AWS etc. Develop and automate advanced visualizations in Qualtrics, AWS to display engagement metrics, pulse survey results, and other key indicators.
