Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT and BA experience, preferably in BPM and process management
• Extensive exposure to banking
• Experience in Pega development or understanding of basic Pega concepts
• Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients
• Understands the business vision and translates it to technology impacts and solutions
• Agile knowledge while acting as the liaison between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
• Taps into a wide degree of creativity and initiative
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts
• Bachelor’s Degree
