Job Description

Create and maintain project boards on Monday.com, including: o Stakeholder details o Project plans o BAU Checklist o Stage-wise board preparation o Stage-wise updates aligned to Forge governance o Approval tracking for each stage gate · Schedule and facilitate stage-gate approval calls with business stakeholders. · Send formal status and stage-completion communications to business. · Act as the primary liaison between business, development, testing, and compliance teams. --- 4. Agile / Delivery Management · Maintain project artifacts in Rally, including: o User stories o Tasks o Test cases o Milestones · Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria. · Support effort estimation activities by coordinating with development teams. · Walk developers through BRDs and process flows to ensure clarity and alignment. · Communicate effort estimates and delivery plans to business stakeholders. --- 5. Testing & UAT Management · Design and prepare test cases in parallel with To-Be documentation. · Plan and coordinate UAT cycles, including: o UAT data preparation (where data is not readily available) o UAT Execution Support o Defect tracking and resolution coordination · Obtain formal UAT sign-off from business stakeholders. · Update UAT status and results in Rally.
