Lead Business Analyst

Security Team. The Lead BA will interact with all members of the project team including architects, system analysts, project managers, developers, quality control leadership and S&S Senior Leadership. The Lead BA will be expected to: Understand the business needs of Safety, Corporate Security and Police (PD) Develop strategies to extract functional business requirements from business units Lead requirements gathering sessions/meetings with functional business subject matter experts Document all business, functional, and technical requirements for S&S project teams; this is inclusive but limited to Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Develop detailed process documentation documenting current and future state business and technical processes Become proficient with BA-related PMLP delivery documentation Participate in weekly meetings with project and S&S teams Provide functional testing surge support with development teams as needed or required
