Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer to join one of our Nearshore Teams working remotely with international teams within Conclusion group and also with international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.

You will play a strategic role in the evolution of our AI Delivery Factory, an innovative service portfolio focused on enabling organizations to rapidly design, develop, govern, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered solutions.

As a technical leader, you will help define and evolve our AI proposition, working closely with architects, engineers, product owners, and customers to transform business opportunities into scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions;
• Drive the evolution of the AI Delivery Factory framework, ensuring best practices in engineering, governance, security, and operational excellence;
• Define technical roadmaps and architecture guidelines for scalable AI and cloud-native solutions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to translate business requirements into innovative AI services;
• Mentor development teams and promote the adoption of AI technologies, engineering standards, and delivery methodologies.

What you are like

• Proficient in .NET development and modern software engineering practices;
• Experienced in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks;
• Skilled in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures and scalable distributed solutions;
• Passionate about innovation, product development, and emerging technologies;
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities within technical teams;
• Familiar with DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS;
• Have good communication skills in English - as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
