We are looking for a Junior Business Manager to join our team and help us develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the growth of our consulting business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about business development, technology, and working closely with both clients and consultants in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify new business opportunities within the IT and technology market
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions and services
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify the right professionals for each opportunity
• Follow and support consultants throughout their project lifecycle
• Participate in client meetings, commercial negotiations, and proposal preparation
• Contribute to the growth of the company's client portfolio
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Support the development and positioning of the Empa-T brand in the market

Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Sales, or similar roles
• Interest in the IT and technology sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented profile
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Organised and proactive mindset
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Availability to work onsite in Mafra
