Labourer CSCS

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The assignment will be at Wooler (approx 2 weeks). The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role is essential for supporting various construction activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

*Duties*

* Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring the area is safe for work. * Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by site supervisors or foremen. * Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required. * Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. * Operate basic machinery and tools when necessary, adhering to safety protocols. * Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks, providing assistance as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the day.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in a labouring role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential. * A valid CSCS card is required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * Strong communication skills to effectively follow instructions from supervisors. * Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks and endure long hours on-site.
