The ideal KS2 Teacher will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons within Key Stage 2
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed
- Work collaboratively with parallel teachers and year group teams
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
KS2 Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar recognised in the UK
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to promoting high expectations and positive outcomes
