Position Overview
Khalsa School Surrey is looking for teachers for KG at our Newton campus (6933 124 Street). We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic teachers who would like to be part of a rich community that values education.
Khalsa School Newton provides quality education to over 1000 students in British Columbia’s fastest-growing community. Serving a diverse and multicultural society, we are a progressive school campus offering a broad range of innovative programs and services to support the learning of our students and staff in the school campus.
Successful candidates will be teaching the BC's New Curriculum and supporting learners.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In person
- Salary: $6600 per month for B.C. certified teachers only
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (Elementary or Secondary) degree, or equivalent training
- Valid BC Teaching Certificate – Applicants with certification to teach in BC will be given preference. If you are certified to teach in another province, you will be considered – granted you apply for BC certification.
- Successful candidates must have the appropriate certification level, have qualifications and meet requirements to work in Canada.
