Location: Southern Region - Lisburn and Portadown
Salary: £25,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility required

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Key Account Specialist to support the effective delivery of our client service across the Southern Region.

You will work closely with clients, candidates and internal teams to deliver recruitment activity, maintain high service standards, support compliance and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of client roles, requirements, culture and workforce needs.
  • Source, screen, interview and assess candidates in line with client requirements and agreed recruitment KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Complete candidate registration and onboarding in line with legal, ethical and company compliance requirements.
  • Deliver client-specific induction or training where required and provide relevant assignment information.
  • Work with the Branch Manager to identify service improvements and solutions that add value to client accounts.
  • Review account performance, workforce requirements and service delivery on an ongoing basis.
  • Deliver agreed service levels, management information and reporting in line with client SLAs.
  • Manage client and candidate feedback promptly and professionally, implementing improvements where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate worker and employee records and ensure systems are kept fully up to date.
  • Support payroll accuracy and resolve temporary worker pay queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to temporary workers on matters including attendance, performance and workplace concerns.
  • Carry out worker reviews, investigations and other employee relations activity where required.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with company policies, statutory requirements, Health & Safety standards and relevant audit processes.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months' experience in account management, recruitment or a similar client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using systems to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C, or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Experience conducting disciplinary or grievance meetings.
  • Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
