Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Web Developer located in Bengaluru. The Junior Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of websites by working on both front-end and back-end development.

Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to implement user-friendly UI/UX designs, coding functional and dynamic website features, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The developer will have opportunities to grow technical skills while contributing to team projects in a collaborative environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Experience with Back-End Web Development, such as server-side programming and database integration, to build robust, functional applications. Knowledge of Web Development principles and industry best practices for coding, debugging, and deployment. Basic skills in Programming and Web Design, with a commitment to clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git is an added advantage.
