We are looking for a Junior SAS Analyst with a strong functional background in Credit Risk within the banking industry. This role is ideal for professionals who understand banking products, credit risk processes, and data analysis, and who use SAS as their core analytical tool. The candidate should be eager to grow in a collaborative and international environment.

Roles and Responsabilities:

• Develop and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Support Credit Risk reporting, monitoring, and regulatory activities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Validate data quality and ensure consistency across different sources.
• Document analyses, methodologies, and technical developments.
• Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAS (Base SAS and SQL).
• Previous experience in the banking industry.
• Functional knowledge of Credit Risk processes.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• English: Intermediate (able to work in an international environment).

Nice to have:

• Experience with IFRS 9, Basel, PD/LGD/EAD, provisioning, or credit portfolio monitoring.
• Experience with Oracle, Teradata, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Python or other analytical tools.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting or risk governance.
• Spanish: Nice to communicate but not mandatory.

Work Model:

Hybrid (up to 3 days onsite – Morumbi, São Paulo)
