NerdsToGo Plano is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our local business footprint.

What Youll Do (The Role) The "Nerd" Discovery: Meet with local business owners to understand their current tech setups and identify where we can help them be more secure and efficient. Solution Crafting: Work with our lead technicians to build IT service proposals (Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Backups). Closing the Deal: Follow up on inbound leads and actively reach out to local businesses to show them the value of having a professional "Nerd" team on their side.
Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process to ensure our new clients feel like they are in good hands. CRM Management: Keep our pipeline organized (well train you on the tools!) so no lead gets left behind. What Were Looking For The Tech "Knack": You don't need a Computer Science degree, but you must know your way around Windows/Mac, Wi-Fi networks, and basic hardware.
