Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with hospital decision-makers, clinical teams, and procurement departments to understand technical requirements and present suitable Dexup solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, supporting tenders and bids, and aligning customer needs with product capabilities. The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, coordinating with internal engineering and service teams, and ensuring smooth installation and handover of equipment and projects. The Sales Engineer will maintain detailed documentation, build long-term customer relationships, contribute feedback for product improvement, and support sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and technical solutioning skills, with the ability to translate clinical and infrastructure requirements into practical product offerings.
  • Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, product training, and coordination with service teams for installations and after-sales support.
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clinical stakeholders, presenting complex technical information clearly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Electronics, or a related technical field; a background in medical devices or healthcare technology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail.
