Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Leader to support enterprise AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot initiatives for a large public sector client. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering technology rollouts, coordinating stakeholders, managing project documentation, supporting governance activities, and driving user adoption.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation projects. Experience delivering Microsoft 365 or enterprise SaaS implementations. Knowledge of licensing, onboarding, user adoption, communications, and training. Experience coordinating security, privacy, compliance, and governance activities. Familiarity with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or AI solution deployments is highly preferred. Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive presentations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies. Experience with public sector environments is an asset.

Responsibilities: Support AI and M365 Copilot rollout activities. Coordinate licensing, provisioning, onboarding, and training. Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications. Coordinate governance assessments (SAR, TRA, PIA, IAM, IM). Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items. Support operational readiness, SOPs, and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
