Junior Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore (In-Office)

Start Date: Immediate

As a Graphic Designer at Harns, you'll:

• Create marketing collateral for both digital and print 
• Design visually engaging social media posts and ad creatives
• Edit promotional videos and product explainers for various platforms
• Assist in designing branding assets for campaigns, events, and partnerships
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver on creative briefs
• Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the Harns brand guidelines
• Take creative ownership from concept to execution with an eye for detail and consistency

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has 0–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Is proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (or any other video editing tools)
• Is comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design creation, image generation, content development, video production, and workflow automation
• Understands visual storytelling and can translate concepts into compelling designs
• Can understand briefs and client tastes quickly, and translate them into thoughtful designs
• Is proactive, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
