Junior Financial Analyst — Position Description Immediate openings for a Junior Financial Analyst in the newly awarded Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems Business and Financial Management Support (PEO IWS BFM) contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). This position is located in Washington, DC and offers the opportunity to grow with the company on a 5‑year contract.

We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. Security Clearance Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. Enter financial data into government‑approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or Standard Procurement System. Support the Senior Financial Analyst in the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives, and various analysis as directed.

Experience Experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N‑ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA), and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) is preferred. 1–4 years of experience supporting a Navy program. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or another related field.
