Junior Engineer

Role :Junior Executive Qualification - B.Tech ( civil) Experience - 3 to 4 years Work location - Aroor, Kerala Interested can share the resume to and call to 9539330357 Skills required : · Strong knowledge in Quantity surveying and Bar bending schedule . · Knowledge in IS standard like IS 456, IS 1200. · Should have Industrial experience in green field project or brown field projects. · Proficiency in Auto Cad . · Thorough knowledge in the subject .(Electrical / Mechanical ) · Coordination with multiple contractors. · Good communication skills. · Project schedule preparation and implementation. · Basic knowledge about site safety. Responsibilities · Plan and monitor the Civil Engineering and PEB works as per project schedule and design specifications. · Coordinate with Engineering and maintenance team for machinery installation and other service works (Mechanical, Electrical). · Monitoring the contractors site activities including structural, finishing and external development works. · Review drawings, technical specifications, and provide necessary inputs to consultant and internal team. · Provide onsite solutions to the contractors during execution with consultant support. · Coordinate with architects , consultants and contractors for resolving site related issues. · Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliances. · Prepare and review Work progress reports, Measurement, Billing support. · Identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays. · Organizing and attending the meetings with contractors and recording the MOM for close monitoring to avoid process delay.
