The Role: Junior Contract Technician

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: 1 day remote the 1st semester

Contract: 12 months contract

️ Languages: Fluent Portuguese; English level B1

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there

Role Purpose

Support the management, drafting, and control of contracts, ensuring legal compliance, proper document organization, and support to internal teams.

🧑 Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing university studies in Human Resources, Management, or a similar field.
• Training in Labour Law or Contract Law is an asset.
• Up to 2 years of experience in administrative, contract-related, HR, or legal support roles (including internships).
• Academic or professional internships in similar functions will be considered, provided there was exposure to HR administrative and/or contract processes.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ease of use of ERP systems (Primavera is an advantage).
• Ability to support the preparation of simple reports and data summaries.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive profile with strong communication skills and a high sense of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Contract and document management (drafting, review, renewals, and digital archiving).
• Entry and updating of contract and employee data in ERP systems and Social Security platforms.
• Monitoring deadlines, key dates, and contract renewals.
• Supporting departments on contractual and administrative matters.
• Ensuring legal compliance, adherence to internal policies, and support during audits.
