Your new role
\n As a Junior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support across the business, assisting with administration, customer service, sales support, service coordination, and general office operations. This is a varied role that will suit someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries \n
- Data entry and maintaining accurate business records \n
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements \n
- Assisting with orders, invoices, and purchase orders \n
- Supporting customer communications and follow-up activities \n
- Maintaining filing systems, documentation, and company records \n
- Assisting with marketing administration, social media updates, and events \n
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments across the business \n

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook \n
