Your new role 
\n As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch. You will provide professional service and support while assisting with a range of day-to-day banking transactions and enquiries.
\n Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality face-to-face customer service
\n
• Processing financial transactions and cash handling activities
\n
• Assisting customers with account enquiries and banking services
\n
• Supporting branch operations as required
\n
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
\n
• Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
\n

What you'll need to succeed \n
\nTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:\n

\n
• Previous customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, banking or service-based environment
\n
• Strong cash-handling experience
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A positive, team-focused approach
\n
• Flexibility and reliability to work across multiple branch locations when required
\n
• A willingness to work on an on-call casual basis with no guaranteed minimum hours
\n
• Successful applicants will be required to complete a background screening and provide two professional references
\n
