Role Overview
We are seeking an Academic Content Specialist with a strong foundation in Commerce and Finance to design high-quality learning materials, competitive exam questions, and curriculum frameworks. This is not a marketing/SEO writing role—you will be directly shaping educational pedagogy, drafting challenging assessments (MCQs, case studies), and developing structured study guides.
Key Responsibilities
- Question Bank Development: Draft, curate, and review high-quality Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), case studies, and practical problems with detailed step-by-step solutions.
- Curriculum Mapping: Align financial literacy content with target student age groups (spanning topics like personal finance, markets, and economics).
- Content Accuracy & Rigor: Fact-check, proofread, and ensure absolute technical accuracy in all financial concepts and formulas.
- Review & Refinement: Update existing materials/ modules based on feedback and evolving educational standards.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Finance (BBA-Finance), or related fields.
- Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of core financial literacy, accounting principles, and basic economics concepts.
- Assessment Design: Ability to create challenging, age-appropriate questions and structured solution keys.
- Communication: Exceptional command of written English with a knack for explaining complex financial concepts in simple, engaging terms.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Prior experience writing content or designing assessments for EdTech platforms, Olympiads, or competitive exams.
- Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy for designing varied difficulty levels in tests.
