JOB DETAILS Undergo all the training (physical and digital) that is required to become a midwife educator of international quality. Contribute to the Learning Resource Package and the Midwifery Initiatives, in general, by providing active and consistent feedback. Help / contribute to the establishment of midwifery cadre in both public and private sectors. Ensure timelines, goals, and objectives are met. Liaise with the internal team and partners as needed and ensure colleagues and supervisors are apprised of all aspects of the training. Contribute to other activities and take up roles / tasks as needed. Identify challenges / roadblocks, and look at finding solutions to ensure smooth implementation of the programme. Ideate, collect data, and participate in conferences and seminars. Must be willing to continue clinical practice, along with anchoring midwifery education training.
