We’re partnering with our client, a technology-focused company, to find a talented Application Engineer II - Jira Cloud Platform. This remote, temporary role spans 27 to 52 weeks and involves supporting Jira Cloud environments. Join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering creative teams through innovative platform support.

Application Engineer II - Jira Cloud Platform Responsibilities: Manage and optimize a Jira Cloud environment for a large user base, ensuring seamless operation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define system scope for complex projects. Support efforts to streamline configurations by reducing redundant elements within Jira.

Review and implement product updates from Atlassian, ensuring integration and security. Document operational procedures, troubleshoot permissions issues, and support system enhancements. Application Engineer II - Jira Cloud Platform Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of Jira Cloud experience.

At least 2 years working with Jira Service Management Cloud. Over 4 years scripting with Groovy in Jira, especially with ScriptRunner. Skilled in Atlassian Jira Cloud tools and popular add-ons such as Automation and eazyBI.
