Job Description
Solid experience (8+ years) on IVR technologies and AVAYA (Preferred is Nuance). Extensive Experience in Java development and Orchestrator Designer Tool (Mandatory). Working experience on Unix/Linux administration.
Working experience on database (Oracle or Mysql or Postgres). Should be able to write complex queries. Good understanding on tools like Bitbucket, Eclipse, Jenkins, jira.
