Location: Carcavelos (2 days on site)

Salary: €920 + €300 Language Bonus + €180 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus (up to €137.33/month)

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent Italian (C2 level) – required.
• Fluent English – strong speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in customer service, office, call center, over the phone and f2f - is a must
• Customer service experience (preferably in call centers) or B2B support experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your role will include:

• Support the customer and work on upsell during exchange and order process.
• Effectively manage incoming contacts from customers & partners by any channel: phone, e-mail, chat, social media.
• Provide a professional service to support customer & partners to be more self-efficient.
• Record specific details of customer & partner contacts & ensure actions taken on each and every case.
• Research answers or solutions as needed within our policies & help to identify improvement areas.
• Effective complaint handling to meet instant satisfaction.
• Ensure Partners are aware of the latest innovations as a means to driving partner engagement and satisfaction
