IT Support Engineer III

As a Support Engineer, you will work with different systems, software, and hardware, providing desktop and application support in accordance with policies & FedEx Dataworks procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a large number of requests and prioritize effectively;
• Work across time zones with team members;
• Provide first and second level desktop and application support to employees;
• Manage IT issues related to Employee’s onboarding and offboarding while providing support to office networking and hardware;
• In cooperation with the supervisor/ manager, run own projects & initiatives related to IT administration;
• Automation of manual tasks;
• Testing, analyzing and creating documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience;
• Two to Four (2-4) years’ work experience in IT support & administration role
• Experience with an Office365 environment, CISCO meeting rooms ;
• Experience with troubleshooting and replacing Apple, Dell, and Microsoft hardware parts;
• Experience with remote assistance tools;
• Experience with writing scripts in Python;
• English Language: Speaking and Writing;
• Understanding of ITIL framework/methodology;
• Background knowledge of operating systems including Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
