Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team at VigorCare Pediatric Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure of our organization, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other related equipment. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime. - Set up new user accounts and manage access control. - Monitor and maintain system security, including performing regular backups and updates. - Provide technical support and training to staff on various software and hardware systems. - Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions. - Document and maintain IT procedures and protocols. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. - Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and other business applications. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
