The House of Commons’Digital Services and Real Propertyis currently looking to staff theIT Security Products Analyst (IT Product Delivery Operations Senior Analyst)position. This position requires on-site presence five (5) days per week.

The IT Security Products Analystis responsible forthe support,integrationand ongoing operation of enterprise IT security products in a complex hybrid environment. This role combines system administration, productsupportand system integration functions, ensuring that security servicesremainreliable,secureand aligned with operational requirements. Working within a collaborative team environment,you willcontributeto the deployment, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of security technologies, whilemaintainingstrong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives through incident analysis, operationaloptimizationand the implementation of enhanced security capabilities. Training and development opportunities. Work-life balance /35-hour workweek Education University degree in information technology, computer sciences or another related field, OR an acceptable combination of education,trainingand experience. Experiences Experience supporting core IT infrastructure, including networking,serversand hybrid/cloud environments; Ability to perform system administration in Windows and Linux environments, including configuration,maintenanceand troubleshooting; Experience administering identity and access management solutions, including Active Directory andMicrosoft Entra ID; Experience supporting and integrating Microsoft Azure services, including IaaS,PaaSand hybrid environments; Experience providing hands‑on support for enterprise IT security tools, including operations, configuration,tuningand troubleshooting; Experience working with security technologies, including: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools Vulnerability management platforms Logging and monitoring solutions Assets Exposure to Security Operations Centre (SOC) environments, including threat monitoring,detectionor incident response workflows; Knowledge of modern security architectures and technologies such as cloud security, SASE, CASB, or related platforms; Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Azure Security certifications) We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace by providing a barrier-free recruitment and selection process.
