• Conduct recruitment interviews and recommend candidates
• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience
• Negotiate cooperation terms with candidates
• Support other team members

Требования:

• Experience in IT recruitment, agency or in-house
• Experience working with clients or openness to developing in this area
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with candidates and clients
• English at B2 level or higher
• Independence, proactivity, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
