IT Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient IT Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our HR AI Factory initiatives. This role will drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions to transform HR processes by leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP), machine learning technologies, and integration with key HR platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure delivery of impactful, high-value solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for the HR AI Factory team, aligning with HR and enterprise objectives. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact, feasibility, and value. Own the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value.

Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions using agile methodologies. Engage with HR leaders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation. Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

Collaborate with technical teams to leverage GCP and machine learning frameworks. Translate technical capabilities into business value and oversee integrations with Workday, ServiceNow, and Phenom. Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within IT or HR technology. Proven experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), AI/ML technologies, and agile delivery. Familiarity with HR systems and integrations, including Workday, ServiceNow, and Phenom.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
