IT Onsite Technician

Your new company A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's South-East requires an IT Onsite Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately, in a role that is based primarily onsite for a given portfolio of clients. Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Attending on-site client visits to perform audits and set up desktops, laptops, printers, access points, etc.
• Installing applications remotely and onsite.
• Completing SSL renewals, networking and server builds.
• Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of clients' environments.
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors on both hardware and software.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience of providing level 1 & 2 IT support onsite.
• Proven experience with Windows / Mac OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT Glue and ConnectWise is highly advantageous.
• Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL and Prince2 certifications are beneficial.
• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
• A current driver's license and vehicle.
