IT Manager

Ready to take your next steps within an internationally leading provider of complex, mission critical infrastructure solutions for key federal and commercial partners? You'll take charge as the hands-on IT Manager. You will lead IT operations and ensure systems meet federal and regulatory requirements, with opportunities to grow into broader IT leadership.

You’ll Have Oversight Of: Security & Compliance – CMMC Level 1 & 2, NIST, FAR, DFARS, TAA, NDAA compliance, audits, incident response. Vendor & Asset Management – Licenses, hardware/software compliance, procurement oversight. Employee IT Support – Onboarding/offboarding, daily IT support, endpoint management.

Processes & Documentation – IT policies, workflows, inventories, and scalable infrastructure. You’ll bring: 8–10+ years IT experience, including systems administration. Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Hands‑on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoints. Strong expertise in IT security and regulatory compliance. Relevant certifications highly desired: Security+, CISSP, Microsoft, or CMMC‑related certifications.

Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations. Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Why This Role?
