IT Business Analyst / IT Lead

Requirements

• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a business analyst, PO or IT Lead role for the integrated Web solutions (nice-to-have: Drupal-based portals)
• Ability to analyse the business requirements, identify the functional and technical impact to the product and define the solutions in alignment with the other integrated systems
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills - communicating clearly with both the product team, managers (BPO, IT Project Manager) and the IT Leaders & developers from the other system teams within the Programm. Driving the solutioning activities in line with the timelines set by the IT Project Manager.
• Proven ability to work in a complex environment - solutioning multiple features at once, understanding the overall scope of the active development, keeping track of the key functional / technical decisions.
• CMS-based web application experience is a must
• Hybrid professional who naturally operates between Business and IT
• The successful candidate is not expected to write code but must understand how enterprise systems interact and how technical solutions are typically delivered.
