Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Join our Logistics Operations Team in Kraków and start your career in logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management. In this role, you will support daily warehouse activities, shipping processes, inventory control, and logistics documentation while working with warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments.
• Verify warehouse and shipping documentation.
• Prepare orders and outgoing deliveries.
• Create shipping labels and transport documents.
• Maintain warehouse records and system data.
• Perform inventory checks and validate serial numbers.
• Support warehouse operations and internal logistics processes.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Polish at C1 level or higher.
• English at B1/B2 level or higher.
• Valid UDT certification for electric forklifts.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliability, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical fitness: ability to perform warehouse-related tasks from time to time.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory roles.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., AX DaVinci).
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes and shipping documentation.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:00-15:00 or 10:00-18:00. The first three months include structured training and support from experienced team members.
