Hiring salary range: $4,102.00 - $5,860.00 / Bi-weekly

Job Function

Provide support to relevant stakeholders by contributing business insights throughout business solution planning, development, and testing activities. Lead requirements gathering and testing activities in collaboration with the team to ensure all relevant stakeholder requirements are captured and acceptance criteria is satisfied before passing the code of the business solution. Support the team with activities such as code item creation, iteration, and backlog management.

Job Description

  • Provide support to stakeholders by contributing business insights throughout solution planning, development, and testing activities. Work with stakeholders to define solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop initiative planning and business case analysis, creating estimates for time, cost, and value for assigned work.
  • Lead requirements gathering with the team, ensuring all business requirements are captured and refined. Coordinate translation of requirements into functional designs.
  • Lead testing activities, ensuring all testing is complete and acceptance criteria are met before release.
  • Support the team with code item creation, iteration, and backlog management, reviewing and prioritizing technology initiatives.
  • Act as interface between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and monitoring satisfaction.
  • Conceptualize and document integrated business processes and relate them to IT platforms.
  • Analyze and research relevant products and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve gaps between business processes and applications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education

  • Knowledge of business to support stakeholders and contribute business insights.
  • Knowledge of computer science, engineering or equivalent to support solution activities.
  • Good knowledge of English; normally acquired through 4 years of University Training.

Selection Criteria

  • Experience in IT and Business domains, problem‑solving, customer orientation, adaptability, teamwork.
  • Knowledge of business functions such as Shared Services, Customer Operations, Workforce, and Asset Management.
  • Experience with IT planning and management, including business case development, project portfolio management, demand management, and roadmap planning.
  • Knowledge of application testing, deployment, and operations support.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and basic knowledge of architecture and design.
  • Experience with user experience design is an asset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including facilitation.
  • Advanced proficiency in business needs analysis, strategy, and business relationship management.
  • Experience with business process management is an asset.
  • Knowledge of agile planning and foundational capabilities; at least 8–10 years of experience for this depth.

Experience

  • Experience in IT and Business domains with initiative, problem‑solving, customer orientation, adaptability, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of business functions such as Shared Services, Customer Operations, Workforce, and Asset Management.
  • Experience with IT planning and management, including business case development, project/portfolio management, demand management, and roadmap planning.
  • Knowledge or exposure to application testing, deployment, and operations support.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and basic knowledge of architecture and design.
  • Experience with user experience design is an asset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including facilitation.
  • Experience in the Business domain with project management, business case tracking, basic knowledge of project tracking, reporting, estimation and planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in business needs analysis, strategy, and business relationship management.
  • Experience with business process management is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of agile planning (user story writing, backlog prioritization, sprint planning) and foundational capabilities; 8–10 years of experience.
