What we expect from you:6+ years in IT Asset Management with expertise in the field of ITAM Governance, Vendor Management and/or IT Contract Management.Proficient knowledge (including implementation and/or operation) of at least one of the following SAM tools - ServiceNow, Snow License Manager and/or Flexera FNMS is very important to the role. Solid knowledge of the licensing (on-premises and cloud) of one or more of the major publishers on the market (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, VMware, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.)Understanding of IT – familiarity with topics such as IT infrastructure, cloud, operating systems, virtualization, or network architecture.Excellent knowledge of Polish and English, written and spoken, is a MUST.Effective interpersonal and influencing skills are essential.Skills and capabilities related to project management and teamwork.Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work products.Additional advantages would be:
SAM tools certification confirming the knowledge including ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS, Snow Software / Flexera issued certification. Experience in software contract negotiation and renewal is a significant advantage.Awareness of industry trends and licensing models for various software publishers.Hardware Asset Management processes and governance experience.Proficiency in IT standards (ITIL, Agile, etc.) confirmed by the certification.Skills and capabilities related to proposal writing, report writing, and delivering presentations.Strong written and verbal presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of audiences.German language skills are a significant advantage. Your future role As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients during the management of their IT ecosystems improving their efficiency and maximizing their investments. Working on IT Asset Management projects throughout Europe.Working together with a team of Software licensing specialists to cover all vendor related licensing matters and project managed SAM engagements to completion.Working with various Software Asset Management Tools like FlexeraOne, Snow License Manager or ServiceNow SAM Pro as implementer and/or operator. Performing risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions.Extracting data and performing data analytics to quantify the financial and operational compliance with the contract.Preparing all client deliverables such as calculations and reports.Supporting customers through discussions and negotiations with software vendors.Interacting with cross functional teams at clients and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously.Identifying opportunities for new methodologies or work processes.Helping train and coach more junior team members.
