The Role

We're hiring an Investment Manager to lead our fundraise. Your mandate is simple and singular: bring committed capital into the fund. You'll own the LP pipeline end to end — sourcing, pitching, closing, and maintaining the relationships that back us.

This is a capital-raising role, not a deal-sourcing role. If you can open doors to family offices, HNIs, and institutional LPs and convert them into signed commitments, read on.

What You'll Own

• Build and drive the LP pipeline: HNIs, family offices, corporate treasuries, institutional allocators, and NRIs.
• Run the full fundraise cycle — first meeting → data room → signed commitment → drawdown.
• Represent SparkSeed in investor meetings, roadshows, and pitch sessions.
• Sharpen the fundraising narrative, LP deck, and data room with the founding team.
• Own investor relations post-commitment: reporting, updates, and re-ups.
• Stay aligned with SEBI AIF norms; coordinate with legal/compliance on subscription docs.

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years raising capital for an AIF, PE/VC fund, wealth management desk, or investment bank.
• A live LP network you can call today — family offices, HNIs, institutional investors.
• A track record of closing commitments, not just building relationships.
• Ability to hold a room and simplify a fund thesis for a first-time LP.
• Working knowledge of Category II AIF structures, carry, hurdle rates, and fund economics.
• Self-driven and comfortable owning a number.
