Investment Fund Services Officer

We are looking for an Investment Fund Services Officer to join an international team within the financial services sector.

This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, organised, and interested in building a career in investment fund operations, ensuring the accurate execution and control of day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and monitoring of daily investment fund operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process and monitor Corporate Actions, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Prepare operational reports and provide support to internal stakeholders when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain high levels of accuracy and quality across daily activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in financial operations, investment funds, reconciliations, or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent level of English.
